supplier/producer details and sourcing arrangements,
customer details, volumes, destinations, schedules,
contracts, documentation, processes, and trade structures,
any samples, specifications, or proprietary product requirements.
2) How we use confidential information
We use confidential information only to:

evaluate and respond to requests,
provide quotations and negotiate terms,
arrange sourcing, logistics, shipping, and documentation,
perform trade finance and compliance checks where required,
fulfill contracts and support after-sales operations.
3) How we protect it
We apply reasonable safeguards such as:

limiting access to staff/partners who need the information,
using secure communication and internal handling practices,
storing documents only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
4) When we may share it
We may share confidential information only as necessary with:

suppliers/manufacturers/producers,
logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers,
banks and trade finance partners (for LC/financing),
inspectors/testing bodies (if agreed),
regulators or authorities when legally required.
Where possible, we share only what is necessary to perform the requested service.

5) Exclusions
Confidential information does not include information that:

is public through no fault of the receiving party,
was already known to the receiving party lawfully,
is independently developed without reference to the confidential information,
is disclosed with written permission of the disclosing party.
6) Your responsibilities
If you receive confidential information from Sela Trading, you agree to:

use it only for the intended business purpose,
not disclose it to third parties without permission,
protect it with reasonable care.
7) Retention
We retain information as needed for business operations, compliance, and legal obligations. You may request deletion where applicable, subject to legal requirements.
