These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of selatrading.com (the “Website”) and any inquiries, quotations, orders, or services provided by SELA TRADING L.L.C-FZ (“Sela Trading”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.

A quotation is not a binding offer unless expressly stated as binding and signed/confirmed by us.
Orders are confirmed only when accepted by us in writing (including email/official messaging channels we use).
4) Product information
Product specifications, origin, packaging, and availability may vary by supplier, season, and market conditions.
Final specs, quality parameters, documentation, and packaging terms will be confirmed in the sales contract, proforma invoice (PI), or order confirmation.
5) Pricing
Prices are as stated in the quote/PI and may be subject to validity periods.
Unless otherwise agreed, prices exclude taxes, duties, bank charges, and any destination-country fees.
6) Shipping, delivery, and risk
Incoterms (e.g., EXW/FOB/CFR/CIF/DDP) and shipment terms will be stated in the contract/PI.
Risk transfers as per agreed Incoterms and contract terms.
Estimated delivery timelines are not guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
7) Documentation & compliance
We may provide standard trade documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate where applicable) as agreed. You are responsible for:

Import permits, local compliance requirements, and destination-country regulations unless contract states otherwise.
Providing accurate consignee, shipping, and customs information in time.
8) Payment & trade finance
Payment terms (e.g., LC, deferred payment, credit facilities) are subject to approval and written agreement.
Bank charges are borne as per contract/LC terms.
We may suspend delivery if payments or required banking documents are delayed or non-compliant.
9) Inspection, claims, and returns
Any claims must be notified in writing within the timeframe specified in the contract/PI.
Where inspection is agreed (e.g., SGS/third-party), the inspection terms and location will be stated in the contract.
Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, business interruption).
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant goods/services under the applicable contract.
11) Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., port congestion, shipping disruptions, government actions, sanctions, war, natural disasters, supplier shutdowns).

12) Intellectual property
All Website content (text, logos, visuals) is owned by or licensed to Sela Trading and may not be used without permission.

13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
